Born in Michoacán, Mexico and raised in the small farm town of San Ardo in the Salinas Valley, Eli Rubio migrated to the U.S. at the age of five with her family’s dreams on her shoulders. She learned early the value of hard work, humility, and showing up for others—values that have guided her through every season of life.
Now a proud mother of five and a longtime Napa resident, Eli has spent decades building a life rooted in service. By day, she works in healthcare—coordinating patient care and advocating for those who need it most. By night (and often weekends), she pours that same care into events, clients, and her team.
Elite Services 707 started as a side hustle—something she built to support her family—but it quickly became a calling. A space where she could bring people together, create beauty out of chaos, and lead with heart.
Over the years, Eli has grown her business into a trusted Napa name—not just because of the services she offers, but because of the way she offers them. She’s built a team of professionals who each bring their own talents and full-time experiences from across the valley. They’re versatile, rooted in community, and deeply real—just like her.
Outside of work, Eli is the one behind the scenes at local fundraisers, gathering auction items, volunteering her time, and making sure every event runs smoothly so others can benefit. Her quiet leadership, relentless hustle, and unwavering heart have made her not just a successful business owner—but a pillar in the community.
